The height of the boxes is calculated so that it is comfortable both for American and Italian pizzas, even when transporting 6 boxes in a bag simultaneously.

Ventilation holes are used to remove the vapors coming from the pizza. If there aren't any:
1. Pizza will get wet;
2. There will be condensate in the box;
3. When delivering 6 boxes in a thermal bag, the last one will be spoiled.

The design of the box is made in such a way that the cover closes outwards, rather than inside the box. Thus, it is excluded that the cover of the box will touch the pizza dough, and even more so the stuffing.

Our pizza boxes are tailored to suit electric ovens, wood-burning stoves, their baking sheets and grates – for the necessary pizza box sizes to be maximally precise.

Locks for the pizza box assemblage make ‘chamfered corner’ box form. When the size of the box is picked out correctly, this form allows to fix the pizza additionally against the box and partially solves the problem of pizza displacement in the box during transportation.

Locks for the pizza box assemblage are developed taking into account the thickness of the material used in the boxes production. You will understand that something is going wrong, if the lock is loose.

We decided to use ergonomically the pizza box surface, so we made additional vent-holes in places where the locks snap when the box is being assembled.

It results in:

1. The additional area for logotype printing without cutting of holes.
2. Every additional cut in the box weakens its bearing structure. The more cuts, the lesser load can be borne by the box in a pile.

There are lugs for handy opening of the box, designed so that they can function as vent-holes.

Our boxes stand the temperature of the pizza packed immediately from the oven, and this is more than 400 degrees centigrade.
